SUMMARY OF SERVICES

 

  • Verify that the Contract and Disclosures are fully executed
    • Ensure all parties that need receive copies
  • Command - Pipeline and Opportunity Management
    • Ensure Compliance
  • Make Introduction to the Client with copy of Contract and appropriate What to Expect
  • Make Introduction and Maintain Appropriate Communication with the Co-op Agent, Attorney and Lender
  • Facilitate EM$ Delivery
  • Facilitate Scheduling of the Home Inspection
  • Track, review, alert and file as appropriate all Inter-attorney correspondence
  • Track A/I and Financing including Appraisal
  • Prompt for Agent/Client interaction throughout
  • 360 Connect Set-up and Closing Fast Approaching Letter
  • Ensure Attorneys Schedule with Title Company at a KW Location with Summit if possible
  • Prompt for MLS Updates (if seller side)
  • Create and maintain a Drive folder with all related documents and correspondence.
  • CC Agent on all correspondence
  • Save HUD for January following year

agent responsibilities

 

  • Provide fully executed Contract and all Disclosures.
  • Provide Contact information for our Buyer/Seller client(s)
  • Provide TC with any information critical to processing the file.
  • Introduce TC to the Buyer/Seller as a team member via email with a brief overview of their role
  • Copy TC on all correspondence to ensure all are updated and to ensure a smooth transaction 
  • Follow our Lead!
